While sitting a Master's Degree in Renewable Energy Management in 2008, Toby started writing monthly articles for Renewable Energy Magazine's Spanish sister publication Energías Renovables, before becoming Content Director for Renewable Energy Magazine in 2009. He has an Honours Degree in Geography and specialises in solar thermal electricity. Toby lives in Northern England close to the UK's National Renewable Energy Centre (Narec).
