Sabik Offshore Acquires Weissenborn

Sabik Offshore, a Sedna Wind Technologies company and global leader in marking and lighting offshore wind farms, has acquired Weissenborn Weissenborn designs and manufactures aluminium solutions for transition pieces (TPs), suspended internal structures and substations in the offshore wind industry. Prioritising low product weight and ease of assembly, its products have best in-class environmental impact and contribute to global climate goals.

The manufacture and production of aluminum component parts will remain at the Weissenborn premises in Denmark. Weissenborn's EverSafe System®, their rivet-based railing design, will be integrated into the Sabik Offshore sales portfolio.

Sabik Offshore has been providing marine and aviation aids to navigation and safety lighting for offshore clients across the globe for over 20 years. With expertise in systems design, the company specializes in marking and lighting products for the offshore wind industry.
