Advanced Energy Solutions (AES) is bp's center of excellence for the exploration, evaluation, development and delivery of energy storage and energy management system solutions. To do this AES is currently developing a digital sandbox, emulating potential system architectures for bp sites containing a mixture of battery storage, EV ultra-fast charging, microgrids and integrated renewable infrastructure (grid-scale solar collocation, onshore wind, offshore wind, hydrogen production).

Havfram Awarded Contract by Iberdrola for Windanker Project

Havfram has signed a contract with Iberdrola for the installation of 21 Siemens Gamesa wind turbines at their Windanker project in the Baltic Sea. The agreement covers transport and installation support, which will be executed by one of Havfram's newbuild NG20000X-HF wind turbine installation vessels. The contract will start in the summer of 2026.
