Aries Clean Energy Breaks Ground on New Jersey Biosolids Gasification Facility

Aries Clean Energy, based in Franklin, Tennessee, was joined by local officials and dignitaries to break ground on New Jersey’s first biosolids-only gasification facility recently. The Aries Linden Biosolids Gasification Facility will process 430 tons of biosolids daily into clean renewable energy.

The Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) has written to Chancellor Sajid Javid ahead of the next Budget announcement, setting out the industry's views on the policies needed to stimulate growth of the anaerobic digestion (AD) sector and fulfil its potential to reduce some of the hardest-to-decarbonise emissions.

During a session led by the Diesel Technology Forum, experts from the city of Oakland, California, and Neste US, shared insights into what they say are the benefits gained by pairing the newest generation of diesel technology with renewable bio-based diesel fuels.
