This historical achievement of Urgenda and Roger Cox, the lawyer who spearheaded the initiative, is hardly known. Another equally combative lawyer, Juan Castro Gil, is fighting an equally uphill battle in Spain to ensure that the government reimburse promised rates to photovoltaic producers.
