| SoCalGas, PG&E and Opus 12 Advance Technology that Converts Carbon Dioxide to RNG Southern California Gas Co., Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Opus 12 have demonstrated further advancement of a new electrochemical technology that converts the carbon dioxide content in raw biogas to pipeline-quality renewable natural gas, a critical improvement in the science of upgrading waste emissions to renewable gas. The single-step process is designed to use renewable electricity, and thus also provides a way for long-term storage of excess wind and solar power. The twelve-month research and development effort was funded by SoCalGas and PG&E and builds on the success of an initial feasibility study in 2018. | Biofuels DC Public Works Expands Biodiesel Truck Fleet with Advanced Fuel Systems Biogas Ireland Naturgy Ireland injects biomethane into the Irish gas grid Energy saving Nawa Technologies says its ultracapacitors will revolutionise the cost, efficiency and capability of IoT devices Cory Levins Save the Planet: Six Simple Changes That Can Make a Big Difference Geothermal Iceland Supports Africa's Push for Geothermal Power Miscellaneous Daikin develops new heat pump for building decarbonisation Trade unions bosses back UK hydrogen jobs boom Webinar on "Hydrogen Driving a Green Recovery" to Feature Dr. Iain Percy Panorama Finland, Canada and the Netherlands Join Forces to Advance the Circular Economy Clean energy trade bodies call to Chancellor to put renewables at heart of green recovery PV IMI provides technical expertise for innovative solar powered car project Cleantech Solar secures $75 million green loan to support over 500 MW of solar power projects across Southeast Asia Storage Tesvolt Wins Important Innovation Award For Medium-Sized Companies Wind Taiwan CSBC-DEME Wind Engineering (CDWE) takes Final Investment Decision for new offshore wind installation vessel Owners and operators are wasting thousands on unnecessary O&M costs DEME Offshore installs the first turbine at the SeaMade offshore wind farm in the Belgian North Sea Agenda Solar Vietnam Virtual 2020 Green Energy Future Central Asia 2020 Key Energy |
