FPL Adds 1.4 Million Solar Panels to Florida with Five Solar Energy Centers

Florida Power & Light Company announced five new solar energy centers have begun powering customers with clean energy. These new sites, each of which is about 500 acres, add another 1.4 million solar panels to the state and support FPL SolarTogether™ – the company’s popular community solar program, which launched earlier in 2020.  

Ingeteam exceeds 2 GW of solar power supplied to Australia 

Ingeteam has passed the 2 GW (2,000 MW) mark for solar power supplied as PV inverters for the Australian market and has also secured a first contract in Australia to provide O&M services to two solar PV power plants with power ratings of 85 MW and 75 MW, that were commissioned in December 2017.

Duke Energy Renewables Acquires Pflugerville Solar Project in Texas

Duke Energy Renewables, a subsidiary of Duke Energy, is expanding its solar energy portfolio by acquiring the 144-megawatt (MWac) Pflugerville Solar project from Recurrent Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc.

AREHEightL participated in a tender issued by the Solar Energy Corporation of India for setting up 1,200 MW ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project.
