Voltai, a Canadian cleantech company focused on ocean and renewable energy solutions, has announced the successful closing of its oversubscribed pre-seed financing round, securing CAD $1.83 million.  Leading the round was Invest Nova Scotia, a business development agency for the Province of Nova Scotia investing directly in high-growth deep technology start-ups.
