Gabriela is the fourth phase of Oasis de Atacama and is part of a portfolio totalling 272 MW of solar capacity and 1,100 MWh of battery storage.

The project is now operational, marking the completion of the transaction, which was announced in September 2025. It is supported by a 15-year hybrid power purchase agreement (PPA).

Grenergy will continue to provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the assets for a period of five years.

Together with the sale of the first phase of Oasis de Atacama to ContourGlobal (KKR) in December 2024, this transaction represents approximately 25 percent of the overall Oasis de Atacama platform, which has a total storage capacity of 14.1 GWh. Combined, the two transactions represent an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion.

These transactions form part of Grenergy's asset rotation strategy under its 2026–28 Strategic Plan, which targets 800 million euros in asset rotation proceeds over the period.

In May, the Company updated its Strategic Plan, increasing its investment target to 3.7 billion euros through 2028.

As part of the plan, Grenergy announced the expansion of its Oasis hybrid platforms in Chile and the launch of Iberian Oasis in Spain, bringing its solar-plus-storage model to the Iberian market. Together, the Oasis platforms will comprise 5 GW of solar capacity and 22 GWh of battery storage.

“We are delighted to have completed this transaction with CVC DIF and look forward to continuing our partnership on future projects” said David Ruiz de Andrés, Chairman and CEO of Grenergy. “This deal highlights the quality of our assets and validates the success of the hybrid solar-plus-storage model we pioneered in Chile, which we are now scaling in Spain.”
