The collaboration brings together Enertis Applus+ factory audits, in-line production monitoring, factory acceptance testing (FAT) witnessing, representative sample selection, traceability, and project management capabilities with GroundWork’s independent laboratory testing services. These services include batch flash testing, PAN file generation, incidence angle modifier testing, reference module characterisation, and reliability testing.
Enertis Applus+ provides independent oversight throughout production of the project’s modules, documenting manufacturing conditions, process controls, quality observations, and equipment traceability. Samples are selected from the monitored production and tracked through laboratory testing so that the manufacturing record and measured performance relate to the same modules and production batches.
GroundWork tests the selected modules in its ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By coordinating factory and laboratory activities before shipment, the offering gives project sponsors, owners, investors, and lenders a clearer, more traceable record of the modules supplied to a project earlier in the project lifecycle. The combined information can validate performance-model inputs, support batch acceptance and procurement decisions, and establish a baseline for long-term asset performance, warranty, financing, diligence, and resale considerations.
