Technique Solaire is a French independent renewable energy producer, specialising in the development and operation of solar photovoltaic and biogas infrastructures in France and internationally. The transaction, facilitated by ENVINERGY, represents RP Global France’s first divestment of solar projects and underscores the company’s strategy to optimise its portfolio and concentrate on large-scale developments.
The portfolio includes two projects located on degraded land and one Agri-PV project that integrates sheep grazing. Two of the projects, including a 3.5 MWp project located in the Vienne department, and a 6.7 MWp Agri-PV project located in the Lot department, already have their building permits, CRE tender tariffs, and grid connection agreements secured. The remaining project, which has a capacity of 5.9 MWp, has obtained its building permit but is still missing a final authorisation. The first two projects were awarded tariffs under the AO CRE NEUTRE tender in October 2024.
“This the first sale of photovoltaic projects for RP Global France, and we are happy to see that there is a good market of smaller PV projects” said Sébastien Vouillon, Co-Country Manager of RP Global France. “We are confident that these projects will benefit from exemplary construction and operation under Technique Solaire’s stewardship, a company widely recognised for its reliability and professionalism. This transaction aligns perfectly with RP Global Group’s strategy to optimise and streamline its project portfolio, allowing us to focus on larger-scale developments and achieve our target of 400 MW of French Wind and PV RTB projects by 2030.”
