Held at Château de Maubreuil, the event combined market insights, solution showcases, hands-on experiences and partner engagement, creating a platform for the French energy community to exchange perspectives and explore the future of energy storage.

The event opened with a discussion on the evolution of the French energy storage market, bringing together industry perspectives on emerging trends, customer needs and opportunities for installers and energy professionals.

Against this market backdrop, GoodWe presented its ESA Residential All-in-One, combining a hybrid inverter, modular battery storage and intelligent energy management in an integrated system designed for residential applications.

For commercial and industrial customers, GoodWe introduced its ESA C&I solution, combining the ETR125 inverter with BAT208/261 battery systems in a DC-coupled architecture. The solution is designed to help businesses maximise solar self-consumption, optimise energy use and unlock greater flexibility in energy management.

The presentations also highlighted GoodWe’s broader vision of a connected energy ecosystem, bringing together solar PV, energy storage, EV charging, heat pumps and intelligent energy management.

Moving beyond product presentations, the event gave attendees the opportunity to experience the solutions from a practical perspective.

Through installation demonstrations and hands-on sessions, installers were able to explore the installation and application of GoodWe’s energy storage solutions, while customer experiences provided a closer look at how energy storage can create value in real-world applications.

A roundtable discussion brought together industry stakeholders to exchange views on the development of the French market, the changing needs of customers and installers, and the role of integrated energy solutions in the energy transition.

These discussions reinforced an important shift in the market: energy storage is increasingly moving beyond a standalone product to become a connected part of a broader energy system.

The event also provided an opportunity to celebrate and strengthen GoodWe’s relationships with its partners.

The day concluded with an awards ceremony recognising GoodWe’s distributors, installers and partners for their expertise, commitment and contribution to the energy transition. The recognition highlighted the important role of local professionals in turning innovative technologies into real-world energy solutions.

“Our ambition for France is to build a complete energy ecosystem covering generation, the grid, consumption, storage and intelligence” said Jianqiu Zheng, Country Manager France, GoodWe. “By bringing these elements together in one integrated system, with a single provider and dedicated local service, we aim to simplify the experience for installers and end users while delivering greater simplicity, reliability and efficiency.”

The Nantes launch event represents another step in GoodWe’s continued commitment to the French market. By combining a broader energy storage portfolio with local expertise and close collaboration with partners, GoodWe aims to support the evolving needs of residential and C&I customers across France.

From market dialogue and technical exchange to hands-on experience and partner collaboration, the event reflected GoodWe’s approach to building an energy ecosystem together with the people closest to the market.
