The V80, V90 and NM82 turbines are scattered among a number of different wind farms and represent a total of 130.5MW. The seven year contract consists of full maintenance including large components including all services necessary for the optimal operation of the turbines. Deutsche Windtechnik also guarantees a technical availability of 97 percent.
Swisspower Renewables AG is an associated company of eleven Swiss public utilities pursuing an aim to invest heavily in renewable energy production, particularly with regard to onshore wind and water power, both in Switzerland and in neighbouring European countries.
Deutsche Windtechnik is based in Bremen and offers an entire technical maintenance package for wind turbines. It conducts its business predominantly onshore but has increasingly also begun to operate offshore.
