The wind farm is situated in the German Bight, next to the DanTysk Offshore Windfarm. The 72 wind turbines will generate a total capacity of 288MW. The project is a joint venture of energy companies Vattenfall and Stadtwerke München.
The scope of work for VSMC includes cable supply, CPS, installation, post lay burial and termination & testing of 76 infield cables. Project execution is scheduled to start in August 2015 and will be completed by the summer of 2016.
