The Jaguar I-PACE has a range of 292 miles (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) laboratory test) and acceleration from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds. The vehicle is packed full of the latest cutting-edge technology, including the most accurate range calculation system Jaguar has ever produced, taking into account route topography, climate conditions and driver inputs. It is also the first Jaguar vehicle to include the Touch Pro Duo infotainment system, capable of over-the-air software updates, and uses artificial intelligence to adapt to a driver’s personal preferences, ensuring driving and infotainment settings are matched to each individual using the car.
The expert team of judges shortlisted Jaguar’s first electric vehicle as one of six for its ‘Best Car’ Award.
A public vote on the shortlist, which is live until the 2nd November, will help to decide the winner, in association with a combination of leading industry experts and the Pocket-lint team. The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on the 13th November.
