The partnership will give Paua customers access to Powerverse’s aggregated ecosystem of compatible home chargers and installation services, extending the range of home charging solutions available through Paua Reimburse.

Together, Paua and Powerverse will help fleet operators manage the complete home charging journey, from selecting and installing suitable charge points through to capturing charging data and reimbursing employees accurately for electricity used to charge business vehicles.

“Home charging should be one of the easiest parts of running an electric fleet” said Niall Riddell, CEO and co-founder of Paua. “In reality, fleet managers can quickly find themselves dealing with charger selection, installations, different hardware platforms, electricity tariffs and reimbursement. Working with Powerverse gives us another important piece of that puzzle. We can offer fleets access to a much broader home charging ecosystem while connecting that charging data directly into the Paua platform. Our aim is simple. A fleet manager should be able to get a charger installed at an employee’s home, collect the right charging data and reimburse that employee accurately without building a new administrative process around every vehicle.”

Home charging can offer fleets one of the most convenient and cost-effective ways to operate electric vehicles, but it also creates new operational challenges. Fleet managers need to install suitable equipment across hundreds or thousands of different homes, collect reliable charging data and reimburse drivers without creating a significant administrative burden.

The partnership brings together Powerverse’s charger fulfilment, installation and connected energy platform with Paua’s fleet payment and reimbursement technology.

For fleet customers, this will support:

Access to a broader range of connected home chargers

Charger installation and fulfilment

Automated collection of home charging data

Accurate reimbursement of drivers for business charging

Centralised fleet reporting and administration

A smoother experience for drivers moving to electric vehicles

Through Powerverse, Paua can now support home charging reimbursement across a much broader range of charge points, including Cord, WaEV, KEBA, Injet, Teltonika, go-e, Sevadis, Garo, Stevie and EVTEC.

Powerverse already provides technology designed around the needs of leasing companies and fleets, including multi-brand charger choice, installation management, compliance records and home charging reimbursement capabilities.

Paua combines home charging reimbursement with public, workplace and shared depot charging, giving fleet managers a single platform for managing charging across the different places commercial vehicles plug in.

“Fleets need home charging to be simple for both the business and the driver” added Richard Britton, Chief Executive at Powerverse. “By combining Powerverse’s end to end domestic charging and home energy platform with Paua’s fleet charging and reimbursement platform, we can remove much of the complexity that currently sits behind home EV charging. We see significant opportunities to build on this partnership as fleet electrification develops and businesses look for more connected ways to manage vehicles, charging and energy.”

The companies also intend to explore further areas of collaboration as fleet charging becomes increasingly connected with the wider energy system.

Paua and Powerverse will be discussing the partnership with fleet customers and partners at Fleet & Mobility Live 2026, taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 6 and 7 October.
