Gen3 Vision Glass delivers 66 percent more energy output per square metre than the previous generation (50W/m²), 50 percent lower production costs thanks to faster processing and simplified engineering and significant sustainability gains through reduced silicon waste, removal of aluminium, and lower embedded carbon.
It is already ready for quoting in single, double and triple glazing and integrates with LandVac Vacuum Glass, shortening solar façade system payback periods.
“Independent validation from SERIS confirms that ClearVue Gen3 Solar Vision Glass offers higher energy generation, faster and lower-cost production, and real sustainability benefits” said ClearVue CEO Doug Hunt. “These advancements materially accelerate our path to large-scale commercialisation.”
Certification testing is set to commence in Q4 2025 and commercial integration expected to begin almost immediately.
