Emmvee Solar Systems, an Indian manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 15 MW in a plant developed jointly with Spire Corporation, has decided to form a partnership with SolarCAP A.S, a Danish solar company. SolarCAP will buy a stake in the Indian firm for an undisclosed amount.
Emmvee, who uses the popular Solarizer brand will continue to use it in its domestic market. Additionally, the firm will take this investment opportunity to diversify its product portfolio by including pumps for domestic, commercial and industrial uses and equipment for both cooling and drying applications.
