Flovel is a manufacturer of hydraulic turbines and valves, a full-line supplier of electromechanical equipment and services for small and medium hydropower plants including renovation, modernization, upgrading and after-market services for existing power plants.
Flovel is based in the Republic of India.
In Japan, hydroelectric power plants has been working for more than 100 years, however, nuclear power plants make up a large share of electricity production in the country. Recently government policy has focused on renewable sources of energy including hydro.
Under this business cooperation agreement, Flovel grants Seabell exclusive rights to sell Flovel water turbines and related equipment and services in Japan.
Under this agreement , Flovel will design and build high quality, high performance equipment designed exclusively for Japanese markets.
Seabell will continue to actively develop sales and support activities in Japan.
