It is the first time a heat pump brand has chosen to offer a fully comprehensive package solution that exclusively includes a heat battery over other forms of thermal storage.

By matching ActivAir heat pumps with Sunamp’s Thermino heat batteries, Trianco’s package solution is simple to specify, procure and install.  Thanks to the compact size of the heat battery and reduced number of components, the ActivAir Plus package is easy to handle and arrives on one single pallet, significantly reducing packaging waste and simplifying logistics. It offers installers, landlords and homeowners a one-stop-shop and one delivery solution for transitioning to renewable heating systems.

Key benefits of ActivAir Plus package solution:

Comprehensive and convenient: The package with everything needed for a successful install arrives on one pallet, avoiding the need for multiple deliveries.

Futureproof: ActivAir Plus comes PV ready, which means that solar panels can be added to the system at a later stage without the need to replace any major components. It also comes with a mobile app to enable remote control of the ActivAir heat pump, a feature that makes it easy for landlords and homeowners to manage energy use efficiently.

Saves time and money: The integrated solution offers energy efficient performance and cost savings for installers and property owners. By procuring all the necessary components from a single provider, customers can benefit from economies of scale, competitive pricing, and simplified logistics, resulting in overall cost reduction.

Less waste: With a shared commitment to environmental sustainability, the ActivAir Plus solution is designed to minimise waste. By including all the necessary components into a single package which is delivered on one pallet, unnecessary packaging materials are eliminated, making handling easier and lowering the carbon footprint associated with the installation process.

“I’m delighted Trianco has chosen Sunamp as the go-to thermal storage solution for heat pump systems” said Sunamp CEO Andrew Bissell. “ActiVair is a great heat pump, and introducing the ActivAir Plus package simplifies specification, installation and logistics associated with the transition to renewables, all pain points identified by the industry, and will accelerate decarbonisation of heat as a result. It’s a win for everyone.”

Peter Beighton, Trianco managing director, added that the Sunamp Thermino is around four times smaller than an equivalent cylinder and that Trianco and Sunamp will be offering free product training at Trianco’s Rotherham base along with subsidised MCS training through NAPIT training centres.

The ActivAir Plus package is now available through installers nationwide or may be purchased directly from Trianco.
